Thea Bragazzi and Justin Thornton’s inspiration for this collection was believe it or not, gentlemen’s dressing gowns. Paisley woven silks and blue, checked chiffon are interpreted into knee length winged dresses and ultra elegant pyjama pants.
The only catch? These pieces are too good to sleep in!

Inspired by an outing to Boscastle Museum of Witchcraft in Cornwall, Luella is coming over all wichity and folkloric this season. A light-hearted peasanty vibe also bounces through, with pretty 70’s silhouettes in bandana print silks, muslin gypsy shirts and cowgirl checks. Jewel coloured, ribbon head bands and eyeball charms hanging from bag handles complete the witchy vs girl-next-door look.
Now in store.

As designers they see each collection as the next step in developing process, analysing and interrogating that which cloth will undergo to become a garment, rather than simply sewing pieces of fabric together.
As inventors, MATERIALBYPRODUCT has designed new ways for cutting, joining, marking, draping and tailoring cloth; all the fundamentals of garment making that are often overlooked or worked through with standard and habitual processes.

Ben Pollit, the designer behind the label Friedrich Gray hails from Sydney.
During the recent RAFW, his much anticipated show lived up to its expectations as The Next Big Thing. He draws his influence from the music of Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds and experimental bands including the Liar. His unique style philosophy has caught the attention of buyers and media alike. Pollit’s style sensibilities are dark and distinctive, equally coveted by the black lain hipsters and high-end stylists.
Friedrich Gray’s “sophisticated deconstructivism” masterfully integrates clashing styles to form collections that are both innovative and wearable.
